Fixed-Fee Pricing
We prefer to charge our clients for the value we provide – instead of the number of hours worked. That’s why we work with our clients to establish a fixed fee for each project prior to beginning work. In addition, many of our transactional matters contain a success fee – which is paid only if the transaction closes.
